The hotel sits at Rottach-Egern at the south end of the lake, with 147 rooms across a main house and a Mizzi’s adults-only annex (the honeymoon side), a serious spa (2,500m² over three floors with five thermal experiences and an indoor-outdoor pool), and four restaurants including the Münchner Bauernpfeifer (alpine farmhouse cuisine) and the formal restaurant. The lake itself is 30m from the property — couples walk down to the lakeside promenade for evening passeggiata, the Tegernsee ferry to the four lake towns (Tegernsee, Bad Wiessee, Gmund, Rottach-Egern), or sailing in summer.
