Almyra is the design-led sister to the Annabelle — another Thanos Hotels property on the Paphos seafront, but with a deliberately younger, more architectural personality and a strong tilt toward couples (the Kyma adults-only suite zone is the highest couples-percentage of any Cyprus hotel). Originally a 1970s landmark, Almyra was rebuilt in 2003 to a Joëlle Pléot–overseen design with clean lines, raw natural materials (stone, walnut, raw linen), and the kind of Mediterranean-modernist vocabulary that holds up against any Greek-island design property. The Kyma adults-only zone is the honeymoon centre — eight rooftop suites with their own private pool, a separate restaurant (the Notios at the rooftop), and yoga sessions on the rooftop terrace at sunrise. Almyra walks two minutes to the Paphos UNESCO mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings, and shares the Annabelle's gardens via a connecting path. For honeymooners who want design-forward Paphos at a price below Anassa — and with a stronger adults-only programming than the Annabelle — Almyra is the right choice.

Pafos UNESCO Mosaics
Walk 5 minutes from the hotel to the Pafos Archaeological Park (open from 8am). Two hours exploring the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus, and Aion mosaics. Continue to the Tombs of the Kings 10 minutes north. Lunch back at the Almyra beach pool. Afternoon yoga on the Kyma terrace.
Aphrodite's Rock Sunset
