Three connected properties share the address: The Palace is the original Arabesque-arched main building, Arabian Court is the mid-scale domed wing built a decade later, and Residence & Spa is the intimate 50-key enclave at the end of the beach with its own pool, lounge, and butler staffing. Date palms, flaming torches, a pair of spas, and a clientele of returning honeymooners have given this resort something no newer Dubai hotel has been able to replicate: patina, and the feeling of a grown-up garden hotel that happens to sit on one of the city's best beaches.
