Tandjung Sari is the original boutique Bali beach hotel — 26 traditional Balinese bungalows on a Sanur beachfront owned by the same Wayan family since 1962. If the newer Amans and Capellas are Bali's Hollywood, Tandjung Sari is Bali's indie classic: faded teak antiques, family photographs, coral-stone courtyards, and the same staff who've been here for thirty years. For honeymooners who want authentic old Bali instead of five-star polish, nothing else compares.
