Tiamo's 11 standalone bungalows are spread along the beach with significant space between them — every room is a private beachfront cottage with outdoor shower, hammock terrace, and direct sand access. The two new Beach Houses are larger and the most romantic for honeymooners. Bungalow 1 and 11 at the ends of the beach are the most secluded. There are no televisions and Wi-Fi is intentionally limited — the disconnection is part of the design.

Fly to South Andros (Congo Town airport) from Nassau or Fort Lauderdale, then a 25-minute boat transfer with Tiamo's staff to the resort's private beach landing — there is no road access. Reef Snorkeling
The world's third-largest barrier reef lies just offshore from Tiamo. A morning snorkeling trip to the reef edge — extraordinary visibility, abundant coral, parrotfish, sea turtles, and occasional reef sharks. Andros has the world's highest concentration of blue holes — vertical underwater caves carved through limestone. If your visit aligns with a Boxing Day or New Year, Junkanoo drumming festivities reach even South Andros — otherwise, the staff often plays Junkanoo music after dinner around the bonfire on the beach.
Final Reef Swim & Departure
A final morning snorkel at the house reef, breakfast at the Great House, and the boat transfer back to Congo Town for the connection through Nassau.
