For honeymooners this is an unusual pick but a smart one under specific conditions: you are traveling with another couple or family, you want total privacy rather than resort service, or you are celebrating a milestone (five-year anniversary, post-honeymoon babymoon) where having a full house is part of the luxury. The villa sleeps up to 8, has a private pool, direct beach frontage, a full kitchen, optional chef and housekeeping, and an elevated living room that looks straight out over the lagoon. For two people the villa is obviously overkill — but the nightly rate divided across two couples is typically lower per-person than overwater bungalows at the top resorts, and you get infinitely more space, a private beach stretch, and nobody else on property. No butler culture, no kids-club noise, no dining queues. Bring groceries from Vaitape or hire the chef; the villa makes cooking in part of the romance.
