Raffles Bali is the smallest Raffles in the world — just 32 villas tiered down a five-level clifftop above a private Jimbaran Bay cove, each with its own pool, butler and ocean view. Opened in 2020, it brought Raffles' heritage service polish and Emperor Suite legacy into a contemporary Balinese villa layout. This is an Aman-like scale with Raffles-level service — the best of both worlds, and a real sleeper hit among Bali's luxury honeymoon options.

Honest Assessment
What to know before you book
The cliff terracing means a lot of stairs and funicular rides to get around — not ideal for mobility issues (though staff are attentive).
Jimbaran Bay is calm and the cove private, but the beach is small — don't come for a long-beach experience (Nusa Dua has that).
Because it's newer (2020), trees and landscaping are still maturing — it doesn't yet have the shaded lushness of Four Seasons Jimbaran next door.
