Foxhill Manor is the most romantic small hotel in the Cotswolds and one of the very best country-house experiences in Europe — eight bedrooms in an Edwardian gabled manor on the 400-acre Farncombe Estate above Broadway, run on a deliberately house-party model with no printed menus, no formal restaurant, no check-in desk, no rules.
